The Canopus platform leverages proprietary AI to analyse encrypted network traffic using machines trained on their stochastic behaviour. Specifically, the Canopus platform helps communications service providers (CSPs) by identifying when a user's video streaming experience has degraded due to resolution drop or buffering, when a gamer's experience is perturbed due to a lag spike, or when a user's Zoom session or WhatsApp call has stuttered due to packet drops. Canopus uses AI to give CSPs fine-grained visibility into application experience cost-effectively across millions of users in real-time, helping them improve network quality, reduce support costs, and create new products for emerging applications like cloud gaming, Metaverse, and AR/VR.
