Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead the overall success of our new hub in Brisbane CBD. This role is heavily sales-focused, combined with responsibilities across operations, events management, and strategic marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving sales performance. The operations will be treated as its own Business Unit.
The successful candidate will also take on leadership responsibilities, including managing and developing new team members. This position is ideal for someone who is highly target-driven, brings strong sales experience, possesses excellent organisational skills, and has a proven track record of building and scaling successful operations from the ground up.
The candidate will work closely with Senior Management of Tank Stream Labs to develop strategies for sales and marketing, driving efficiencies in operations and managing the financial performance of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and maximise occupancy across the Brisbane hub

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members, ensuring a high level of engagement and retention

Conduct tours and present the space effectively, clearly articulating the value of joining the Tank Stream community

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and close, consistently achieving and exceeding occupancy targets

Identify and implement innovative sales initiatives and business development opportunities to drive new revenue streams

Proactively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression
Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Implement and review operational policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize financial and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for the site.
Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the Group marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns specific to the local market.

Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities to enhance visibility and attract new members.

Represent Tank Stream Labs at local events and networking gatherings to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships
Team Leadership (Once certain pre-agreed Occupancy achieved):

Hire, train, and manage the Community Manager, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
