She has over a decade of recruiting experience spanning Australia and EMEA spilt across internal and agency positions, focused on founding and scaling startups and specialising in fintechs. She is a pro at developing and executing global recruiting strategies, defining company EVP’s, employer branding and has a keen commitment to D&I.
