THIS WEEK'S FOUNDERS

Cat Long, CEO & Co-Founder, Trace Cat graduated from Oxford University and started her career on a graduate scheme called 'the Entrepreneur Development Programme'...but it took nearly a decade to put the training to the test! She has spent the last  8 years delivering strategy and transformation projects across financial services and energy markets, most recently at Macquarie. After running several projects in the renewable energy space and using human-centred design to solve problems, she decided it was time to leave corporate life to launch trace with her friend Joanna.

Joanna Auburn, Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder, Trace Joanna is an expert in customer experience, CRO & growth. Joanna brings a wealth of experience as the original product manager at the UK's first retail renewable energy provider. Most recently Joanna has been at the forefront of growth on the internet at finder, where she scaled products into 80 countries.  Cat & Jo started their first business together in 2017 (est2026.com.au).
