Driven Sales & Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall success of our Adelaide office

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall success of our Adelaide office. This role will manage a blend of sales, operations, events management, and strategic marketing activities.

This position will be heavily sales focused and highly target and occupancy driven, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, member retention, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, previous sales experience, be highly organised, and have a proven track record of building and managing successful operations. A results-driven approach and the ability to consistently achieve sales and occupancy targets is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase occupancy rates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members.
    • Conduct tours and engage with potential clients to showcase the value of joining our community.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet occupancy targets.
    • Manage both inbound and outbound enquires 
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Implement and review operational policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize financial and operational performance.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for the site.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the Group marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns specific to the local market.
    • Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities to enhance visibility and attract new members.
    • Represent Tank Stream Labs at local events and networking gatherings to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.

  • Team Leadership (Once certain pre-agreed Occupancy achieved):
    • Hire, train, and manage the Community Manager, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and dynamic workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and operational management.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in staff management and team building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong ability to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.
