Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our premium office spaces. The successful candidate will work closely across Operations, Community, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our spaces operate smoothly and our members feel supported, connected, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Customer Service

  • Welcome members and guests, managing front desk reception and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with members, proactively identifying needs and delivering a thoughtful, tailored experience.
  • Take ownership of member accounts and day-to-day member experience within your site.
  • Resolve member questions, requests, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support member retention by maintaining a consistently high level of service and engagement.

Operations & Space Coordination

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the space to ensure presentation and service standards remain premium.
  • Assist with stock management, supplies, mail handling, and general site coordination.
  • Coordinate member onboarding, office moves, arrivals, departures, and platform access.
  • Liaise with building management, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders where required.
  • Act as a TSL representative during building emergencies as a trained floor warden and first aid representative.

Community & Events

  • Support the planning and delivery of community events, activations, and member experiences across Sydney locations.
  • Foster a warm, collaborative, and engaging community environment within the space.
  • Encourage participation in member programs, events, and initiatives.

Administration & Business Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support across Tank Stream Suites and Tank Stream Labs.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, workspace bookings, and general team administration.
  • Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives as required.
  • Maintain operational records, internal resources, and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service delivery.

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, workspace, or administration roles is highly regarded.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Based onsite at our Sydney CBD location
